A blog dedicated to research into improvisation by Franziska Schroeder (I am a Professor of Music and Cultures at Queen’s University Belfast, where I am based in the School of Arts, English and Languages, specifically at the SARC, the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Sound and Music.
My particular approach is free improvisation, and I am posting publications, activities and presentations that address this topic.
